Project management seminar schedule:
The seminar lasts 6 days, divided into 2 modules of 3 days each, and is supplemented by virtual learning (online exercises, exams, instructional videos, and targeted exam preparation) as well as self-study.
Finally, there is a 1-day certification by the PM-ZERT certification body, which is based on IPMA® standards and recognized by GPM. Upon successful completion of the exam, you will receive the internationally recognized IPMA® Level D certificate.
