This course provides foundational and practical knowledge of Scrum as an agile project management framework. Participants learn the theories, roles, events and artifacts of the Scrum framework, as well as methods for agile product development in complex environments.
The course also covers self- and time management and leadership skills relevant to working in and facilitating agile teams. Upon completion of all content, participants are prepared to take the Scrum Master I certification exam online.
