The PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner (Version 2) course covers the synthesis of control and agility within PRINCE2 Agile®, revisiting the seven PRINCE2® principles, practices, and processes. It details the tailoring of PRINCE2® for agile contexts and addresses key challenges in project initiation, contract management, team formation, scope management, quality assurance, progress monitoring, risk management, stakeholder communication, and phase-end assessments. The course includes an introduction to PRINCE2 Agile® management products, practical application scenarios, knowledge checks, and exam preparation.

The ITIL® 4 Digital and IT Strategy module defines digital and IT strategy, exploring disruption from historical to current technological advancements like Artificial Intelligence (AI). It examines the strategic potential of AI, business and operating models, and the ITIL® Service Value System, including AI integration. The module outlines a strategic journey encompassing vision setting, current state assessment, future state definition, and action planning for AI initiatives. It addresses the dynamics of organizational feasibility, long-term goals, and parallel operations, alongside digital leadership in the AI era, innovation management, strategic risk management, and organizational structuring for digital business. This module also includes exam preparation.
