Program Objectives
This training program is open to anyone interested in expanding their professional skills. The PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner (Version 2) module covers the synthesis of control and agility, revisiting the seven principles, practices, and processes of PRINCE2®. It delves into tailoring PRINCE2® for agile environments and addresses challenges such as assessing the project landscape, tailoring initiation, managing agile contracts, team formation, scope creep, quality under pressure, progress assessment, risk management, stakeholder communication, and stage-gate reviews. The module also includes an introduction to PRINCE2 Agile® management products, practical application of PRINCE2® in project scenarios, knowledge checks, and exam preparation.
The ITIL® 4 Specialist: Plan, Implement and Control module introduces ITIL 4 and key practices. It focuses on Change Enablement, covering its fundamentals, methods, techniques, implementation, and improvement. Deployment Management is explored through its overview, processes, best practices, implementation, and improvement. Release Management is detailed from its fundamentals to planning, coordination, implementation, and improvement. Service Configuration Management is introduced with its processes, tools, implementation, and improvement. IT Asset Management is covered, including its fundamentals and lifecycle management. The module integrates these practices, includes preparation for the certification exam, and examines case studies, practical applications, and continuous improvement within the ITIL® context.
