Program Objectives
This training program is open to anyone interested in expanding their professional skills. The practical examples and exercises are chosen so they map well to the daily work of Office Clerks (f); participation is expressly open to everyone, regardless of current professional role. The program is divided into two main courses: "AI for Project Managers" and "EU AI Act Certification."
- AI for Project Managers*
This course introduces the fundamentals of Artificial Intelligence and its specific applications within project management. It covers the use of Foundation Models and open-source AI tools for practical project tasks. Participants will explore the implementation of AI projects, addressing ethical considerations, data privacy, and legal frameworks. The curriculum also includes methods for evaluating AI solutions and developing essential soft skills for AI project leadership, such as communication, leadership, and change management. Special attention is given to working with tools like ChatGPT and understanding the legal aspects of AI usage. An excursus on general project management principles is also included.
- EU AI Act Certification*
This course provides a detailed understanding of the EU AI Act. It covers core concepts, scope, and definitions, including the risk classification of AI systems and specific requirements for high-risk AI. Participants will learn about conformity assessment and certification processes, as well as documentation, monitoring, and sanctions. The course addresses liability issues and personal risks associated with AI. It also covers market surveillance, compliance management, and the practical implementation of regulatory obligations. Global perspectives and future outlooks on AI legislation are also discussed.
